Through its subsidiaries, Co.'s activities are divided into the following areas: Construction, engaged in the construction of civil works, and residential and non-residential building construction; industrial services, engaged in the development of applied engineering services, installations and the maintenance of industrial infrastructures in the energy, communications and control systems sectors; services, groups together environmental services, the outsourcing of building maintenance services, logistics and transport services; and concessions, mainly engaged in transport infrastructure concessions.

As of Mar 31 2017, Co. operated from a platform of 92 stores, including 19 stores branded as Armadillo Self Storage, in which Co. had a 20.0% interest. Co.'s portfolio of stores are located across London, the South East and other metropolitan cities.

Co. is engaged in the design, manufacture, and distribution of luxury clothing and accessories collections and is known for its cashmere products. Co. provides outerwear, trousers and dresses, shirts, t-shirts, leather goods and accessories products on the market through a number of different distribution channels such as: the retail distribution channel (direct retail sales); the wholesale monobrand channel (franchised monobrand retail stores); and the wholesale multibrand channel (independent multibrand stores).

Co. operates in three regions: Asia Pacific; Europe, Middle East, India and Africa; and Americas. As of Mar 31 2017, Co.'s store portfolio had 469 directly-operated stores and 48 franchise stores.

DKSH Holding is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. provides market expansion services from four units. The Consumer goods business unit provides in Asia with a focus on fast moving consumer goods, food services, and luxury and lifestyle products. The Healthcare business unit provides services including product registration, marketing and sales, and physical distribution. Fagron supplies products, services to professionals and institutions in the healthcare sector in Europe, the U.S.A. and Brazil. Co.'s activities are subdivided into four divisions. Through Fagron, Co. offers products and concepts for pharmaceutical compounding. Through Arseus Dental, Co. supplies dental products and concepts to dentists and dental laboratories in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany and Switzerland. Through Arseus Medical, Co. supplies medical and surgical products to specialists, elderly homes, homecare nurses and hospitals in Belgium and the Netherlands. Through Corilus, Co. supplies ICT total solutions for medical specialists in Belgium, the Netherlands and France.

Hermes International is engaged in the manufacture, sale, and distribution of luxury goods primarily in France, rest of Europe, Japan, Asia-Pacific, and Americas. Co.'s activities can be divided into two segments: the distribution via Co.'s exclusive network and the distribution via specialist outlets. The distribution via Co.'s exclusive network comprises silks and textiles, leather goods and saddlery, ready-to-wear and fashion accessories (men and women's clothing, belts, jewellery accessories, gloves, hats and shoes), and other goods (jewellery and products of the art of living department). The distribution via specialist outlets comprise perfumes, tableware and watches.

Hochtief is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. operates as a construction company engaged in projects in the transportation, energy, and social and urban infrastructure sectors as well as contract mining. Co. provides its services through three divisions: HOCHTIEF Americas, which encompasses the construction activities of operational units in the U.S and Canada; HOCHTIEF Asia Pacific, which includes the construction activities and contract mining in the Asia-Pacific region; and HOCHTIEF Europe, which designs, develops, builds, operates, and manages real estate and infrastructure, with primary business in Europe as well as selected other regions.

LPP SA Gdansk is clothing manufacturing group based in Poland. Co. is engaged in the design and distribution of clothing. Co.'s headquarters is located in Gdan'sk, including designing resources for all its brands. Co.'s stores offer its customer products that include jackets, shirts, sweaters, dresses, skirts, trousers, jeans, underwear and garment products. Co. also sells promotion clothing under a special selected brand. Co.'s product offering is addressed to a variety of customers for whom separate brands and chain stores are set up. Co. launches clothing under such brand names as: RESERVED, CROPP, MOHITO, HOUSE, and PROMOSTARS.

LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton is a manufacturer and retailer of luxury goods. Co. offers champagne and wines, cognac and spirits, fashion and leather goods, perfumes and cosmetics, watches and jewelery; and is engaged in selective retailing. Its operations are organized along five business segments: Wine and Spirits, Fashion and Leather Goods, Perfumes and Cosmetics, Watches and Jewelery, and Selective Retailing. Co. is also engaged in other activities (Media with Les Echos group, La Samaritaine and Luxury yacht with Royal Van Lent). Some of Co.'s brands are Moet & Chandon, Dom Perignon, Louis Vuitton, Fendi, Donna Karan, Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Parfums Givenchy, and TAG Heuer.

Moncler is a jacket and sportswear production group based in Italy. Co. directly produces and distributes its own clothing and accessories collections, through its direct boutiques and exclusive department and multibrand stores. Co. branded products range from the high fashion segment with the Gamme Rouge and Gamme Bleu collections (exclusive products and selected distribution to boutiques) to the Grenoble collection (sporting and technical garments). As of Dec 31 2013, Co. operated a network of 135 stores, including 107 directly operated stores (DOS) and 28 wholesale stores (27 shop-in-shop and 1 franchise store).

Nexi SpA. Nexi SpA is an Italy-based financial technology company. The Company is specialized in the payment technology field offering digital services and infrastructure to banks, businesses, institutions and the public administration.

PRADA is engaged the luxury goods sector where it operates with the Prada, Miu Miu, Church's and Car Shoe brands in the design, production and distribution of luxury handbags, leather goods, footwear, apparel and accessories. Co. also operates, under licensing agreements, in the eyewear, fragrances and mobile telephone sectors. Co.'s products are sold in 70 countries worldwide through a network that included 540 Directly Operated Stores (DOS), and a select network of luxury department stores, independent retailers and franchise stores.

Safestore Holdings is engaged in the rental of self-storage space and the sale of ancillary products such as insurance and merchandise (for example, packing materials and padlocks) in both the U.K. and Paris.
