Befesa is a services company principally engaged in the collection and recycling of steel dust and aluminum residues and other related industrial services and logistics. Co. also offers industrial recycling services to hazardous waste markets. Co. organizes its activities into three business segments: steel dust recycling services, salt slags recycling services and secondary aluminum production.

Continental is an automotive industry supplier. Co.'s automotive divisions comprised of: Chassis & Safety, which develops and produces systems that provide safety and enhanced vehicle dynamics; Powertrain, which develops solutions for gasoline and diesel engines, as well as hybrid and electrical drive systems; and Interior, which provides solutions for information management within vehicles and networking between vehicles. Co.'s rubber divisions comprised of: Tires, which provides tires for passenger cars through trucks, buses and construction site vehicles to special vehicles, motorcycles and bicycles; and ContiTech, which develops products made from rubber and plastic.

Daimler provides a range of transportation products, including passenger cars and commercial vehicles, and also financial services. Co. operates in five segments. Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide is an airport operator. Co. is divided into four segments: aviation, which includes airside and terminal management as well as corporate safety and security at the Frankfurt site; retail and real estate, which consists of retailing activities, parking facility and real estate management at Frankfurt Airport; ground handling, which comprises services dealing with passengers, aircraft and cargo; and external activities and services, which comprises Co.'s companies outside the Frankfurt site and auxiliary services in Frankfurt, including information technology and facility management in particular.

Jenoptik is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is an optoelectronics group engaged in the production of range of products including original equipment manufacturer or standard components, modules and subsystems through to systems and production lines for numerous sectors. Co.'s operating business is organized in the following three operating segments: Laser & Optical Systems, Metrology, and Defense & Civil Systems. The operating business within the segments is further subdivided into five divisions: Lasers & Material Processing, Optical Systems, Industrial Metrology, Traffic Solutions, and Defense & Civil Systems, each of which are subdivided into several business units.

RWE is an electricity and gas company. The Conventional Power Generation segment consists of the activities of RWE Power, Essent and RWE npower. The Supply/Distribution Networks Germany segment supplies electricity, gas and heat. The Supply Netherlands/Belgium segment comprises the activities of Essent in the Netherlands.
