Co. operates long-term and short-term care facilities, including medical care facilities, medical and social care facilities and residential facilities for the elderly. Co. provides short, medium and long-term global physical and mental dependency care. Co. also operates residential facilities for disabled people of any age, hotels, and hotel-related, as well as leisure accommodation facilities. Co. operates in France and abroad (Belgium, Italy, Spain and Switzerland) in three business segments: Long-term care facilities (nursing homes); Post-acute and Rehabilitation care facilities; and Psychiatric care facilities.

SCOR is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged mainly in reinsurance. Its customers are insurers and large corporations. Co. is engaged in life reinsurance through SCOR Global Life SE and non-life reinsurance through SCOR Global P&C SE. In the life reinsurance business, Co. offers reinsurance for individual and group life insurance, long-term care, substandard risks, critical illness and financing products. The non-life reinsurance business comprises traditional reinsurance business; Treaty, Business Solutions, and Specialty Lines. Co. is organised according to the distribution of its activities into its various segments: Corporate, which is engaged in the coordination and supervision of Impregilo S.p.A.'s main investments; Construction, which consists of the business headed by Impregilo S.p.A.; Concessions, which consists of the business coordinated by Co.'s subsidiary, Impregilo International Infrastructures B.V. (the Netherlands) and carried out through subsidiaries, jointly controlled entities and associates; as well as Engineering & Plant Construction, which consists of the business headed by FISIA Italimpianti and FISIA Babcock Environment (Germany).
