ACM Managed Dollar Income Fund is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. This closed-end investment fund is designed for investors who seek high current income and capital appreciation. In order to achieve this objective, Co. invests primarily in high-yielding, U.S. and non-U.S. fixed income securities, denominated in U.S. dollars, that it expects to benefit from improving economic and credit fundamentals. Co. also operates a distribution network that handles products from partners and third-party companies. Major non-group products distributed by Co. include Scotch Whiskies (Edrington brand), Champagne (Piper-Heidsieck and Charles Heidsieck brands) and Vodka.

Rexel distributes low and ultra-low voltage electrical products to contractors, industrial and commercial customers (industrial and commercial companies, municipalities, public entities, parts manufacturers and panel builders). Its products are used for new installations, or maintenance & repair of existing installations. Its products covers Electrical Installation Equipment, Conduits and Cables, Lighting, Security & Communication, Climate Control, Tools, White & Brown Products. Co. also offers services to its customers, such as logistics & distribution, technical assistance & training.
