ADOCIA is a biotechnology company based in France. Co. specializes in the development of formulations for already-approved therapeutic proteins with a primary focus on insulins and treatments for diabetic foot ulcers. Co.'s biotherapy products are used in tissue regeneration and for treating chronic diseases. Co.'s proprietary BioChaperone® technological platform is designed to enhance the effectiveness and safety of therapeutic proteins in areas such as wound Healing, diabetes, ulcers and monoclonal antibody creation. Co. also maintains activities in the formulation of monoclonal antibodies for the treatment of various chronic pathologies (oncology, inflammation, etc.).

Cellectis SA

Cellectis is a gene-editing company employing its core proprietary technologies to develop products in the field of immuno-oncology. UCART19 is Co.'s lead product. UCART19 is an engineered T-cell product which drives its ability to target and kill CD19-bearing cells, such as B-cell malignancies. Co. is also developing wholly-owned product candidates UCART123, UCARTCS1 and UCART38, which are in various stages of development. UCART 123, UCARTCS1 and UCART38 are engineered T-cell products that bear CARs that seek to kill cells expressing targets CD123, CS1 and CD38, respectively, which are found in other hematologic tumors, such as acute myeloid leukemia, or AML, and multiple myeloma, or MM.

Haulotte Group manufactures and sells machines for use in building/public works and industrial markets. Co. specializes in people and material lifting equipment. It also operates in rental market for this equipment. Co.'s offering includes access equipment, telehandlers, earth moving equipments, system and utility scaffolds, event staging and seating. Its activities can be divided into three segments: the manufacture and sale of lifting equipment, the rental of lifting equipment, and services (spare parts, repairs and financing). Co. operates geographically in Europe, North America, South America and Asia/Pacific.

Maisons du Monde offers a range of decoration and furnishing items in a variety of styles and themes. At end-2016, Co. operated a network of 288 stores in seven countries, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, and Switzerland. It also operates an e-commerce platform available in 11 countries. Co.'s product offering contains approximately 16,000 stock-keeping units available in a range of prices. The offer falls into two categories: decorative products, such as household textiles, tableware and kitchenware, mirrors and picture; and furniture, such as beds, tables, chairs, armchairs and sofas, cupboards, bookshelves, junior furniture and outdoor furniture.

Mediaset S.p.A. is a joint stock company. Co.'s majority shareholder is Fininvest S.p.A. Mediaset is a multinational media group. Its core business is commercial television broadcasting in Italy and Spain. In Italy, Co. has two main areas of business: Integrated television operations and Network infrastructure services and management. Co.'s Netgem Solution is available for standard telephone connection at 56kbs, ISDN lines, Ethernet connection (ADSL modems) and broadband cable (DOCSIS standard) Co. offers the Netbox, which transforms every television set into an Internet-enriched television using only a standard telephone connection.

Rothschild & Co. SCA

Rothschild & Co SCA is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in banking activities and private equity. Co.'s banking activities include Investment Banking which comprises advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, advisory services for finance and restructuring, the primary equity capital market and the private placement of loans and shares; Corporate banking which comprises direct loans and structuring of financing packages; Private banking which comprises trust services, asset management and strategic planning; and Merchant Banking. Tonnellerie Francois Freres S.A.. TFF Group, formerly Tonnellerie Francois Freres SA, is a France-based company that manufactures and distributes oak barrels that are used to conserve and transport liquids. The Company has four core businesses: stave milling, cooperage, cask manufacturing and oak wine-aging products. Tonnellerie Francois Freres SA also offers oak products for oenology, where the wine is put in contact with wood in varied forms, and has developed products for the alcohol maturing and aging market, especially the whisky market.
