Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in the development, production and marketing of optical and Ethernet-based networking solutions to telecommunications carriers and enterprises to deliver data, storage, voice and video services. Co.'s optical transmission solutions are based on Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) technology. With WDM, multiple data streams are transmitted over a single optical fiber by assigning each stream to a different wavelength. Co. also provides Ethernet-optimized transmission solutions for fiber-based networks used to interconnect enterprises and mobile network base stations with carrier networks.

CIE Automotive is the parent company of an industrial group formed by several companies that are engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of automobile component and sub-units on the world market. In addition, Co. is also engaged in the bio-fuels business which is in the initial stages of development and is made up of various companies devoted to the production and distribution of bio-fuels.

CFE is engaged in civil engineering, buildings and industrial construction, dredging works and electrical installations. Co. is also engaged in property development, environmental protection and building management. Co.'s works carried on by Co.'s civil engineering group includes the following: hydraulic engineering, harbor works, bridges, and other engineering works, tunnels, road construction, dams, storage tanks, piping and drainage and caissons sunken soft soil. Co.'s buildings and industrial construction sector is active in the following fields: administrative buildings, industrial construction, public utility buildings, redevelopment, and residential buildings.

Ctac is an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) service supplier based in the Netherlands. Co. specializes in setting up, maintaining and updating its clients' ICT infrastructure, offering them customized products and services at the interface of business and ICT. In addition, Co. offers business consultancy services and Composed Solutions (modular cross-industry solutions). Co. is also a Systems Applications Products (SAP) Gold Partner and Microsoft Gold Partner, engaged in SAP reselling to medium-sized companies in the Netherlands. Co. spreads its business activities across four focal areas: SAP services, Managed services, Microsoft services, and other services.

Duerr is a mechanical and plant engineering group based in Germany. Co. operates through five divisions: Paint and Assembly Systems (production and paint finishing technology for automotive bodyshells and aircraft); Application Technology (products and systems for automated painting applications as well as sealing and glueing technology); Measuring and Process Systems (machines and systems for use in engine, drive construction and final assembly); Clean Technology Systems (plant and equipment for purifying exhaust gases produced by industrial processes and energy efficiency technologies for production processes); and Woodworking Machinery and Systems (machinery for the woodworking industry).

Gaztransport & Technigaz is an engineering company specialized in membrane containment systems for liquefied gas transport and storage. Co. designs and markets technologies which combine operational efficiency and safety to equip liquefied natural gas (LNG) carriers, LNG floating platforms and multi-gas transport vessels. Co. also provides solutions for onshore storage tanks and the use of LNG as a fuel for vessels propulsion as well as a wide range of services in engineering, consultancy, training, maintenance assistance and technical studies at each stage of the liquefied gas chain.

Groupe Gorge is a holding company engaged in three areas of operation: Smart Safety Systems (develops Smart Safety Systems designed to operate in hostile and constrained environments for civil and defense sectors); Protection in Nuclear Environments (protection solutions in nuclear environments: shielding by partition systems in nuclear power stations & protection against radiation for staff working in nuclear environments); and Industrial Project Services (industrial projects and maintenance, creating production tools and turnkey operation areas, projects and services in industrial robotics, iron works, automation, 3D printer offerings, electricity and fire fighting systems).

Laboratorios Farmaceuticos Rovi is engaged in the sale of its own pharmaceutical products and the distribution of other products for which it holds licenses granted by other laboratories for specific periods, in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the agreements entered into with said laboratories.

PSP Swiss Property is a holding company. Co. operates under three business segments: real estate investments, which includes the real estate business that comprises all properties of Co.'s investment properties, investment properties earmarked for sale, own-used properties, sites and development properties as well as development projects earmarked for sale; real estate management, which includes all services and activities with regard to the management of Co.'s own real estate portfolio; and holding, which includes the corporate functions such as finance, legal, corporate communications, human resources and information technology.
