Aegon : Aegon cède ses activités en CEE
>Une cession attendue - Aegon a annoncé hier avoir conclu un accord en vue de céder ses activités d’assurance, de retraite et de gestion d’actifs en Hongrie, Pologne et Turquie, à Vienna Insurance pour un montant en numéraire de 830 M€. Ces activités ont généré un RO net de 54 M€ en 2019, soit 4,2% du RO net du groupe l’année dernière. Cette cession était attendue.
