Aegon : Aegon sells its activities in CEE
>An expected disposal - Aegon announced yesterday that it had entered into an agreement to sell its insurance, pension and asset management activities in Hungary, Poland and Turkey to Vienna Insurance for € 830m in cash. These activities generated net underlying earnings of € 54m in 2019, i.e. 4.2% of the group’s net underlying earnings last year. This disposal was expected.
