Air France-KLM is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in transporting passengers and cargo, aeronautics maintenance and other air-transport related activities, including catering and charter services. Co. operates in six geographical regions: Metropolitan France; Europe (except France) and North Africa; Caribbean, French Guiana and Indian Ocean; Africa, Middle East; Americas, Polynesia; and Asia and New Caledonia. Furthermore, Co. provides services such as worldwide trading in cement and coal by sea. InterContinental Hotels Group is a hotel companies. Co.'s hotel brands are InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, Hualuxe Hotels & Resorts, Hotel Indigo, EVEN Hotels, Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Staybridge Suites, Holiday Inn Club Vacations, Holiday Inn Resorts, Candlewood Suites, and Avid Hotels. As of Mar 2 2017, Co.'s had total hotels of 5,348 with 4,433 franchised, 907 managed, eight owned and leased hotels, and 1,655 total hotels in the pipeline.

Koninklijke Ahold Delhaize is an international group of supermarket and foodservice operators based in Europe and the U.S. Co. operates supermarkets and convenience stores. In addition, Co. provides online food retailing services. Co. also finances, develops and manages store sites and shopping centers. Ahold Europe comprises Albert Heijn in the Netherlands and Belgium; Etos, Gall & Gall, and albert.nl in the Netherlands; and Albert / Hypernova in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Ahold USA is organized into four retail divisions: Giant Carlisle, Giant Landover, Stop & Shop New England, and Stop & Shop New York Metro. The Peapod online business is also part of Ahold USA.

Co. offers a full range of control-and-command, cable management, energy distribution and "Voice-Data-Image" products and systems which are suitable for the international commercial, industrial, and residential segments of the low voltage market. Co. markets its products under internationally recognized general brand names, including Legrand and Bticino. Each product group is marketed in all of Co.'s major geographic markets (France, Italy, Rest of Europe, USA/Canada and Rest of the World).
