Air France-KLM is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in transporting passengers and cargo, aeronautics maintenance and other air-transport related activities, including catering and charter services. Eni

Eni is engaged in the oil and gas exploration and production, gas marketing operations, management of gas infrastructures, power generation, petrochemicals, oil field services and engineering industries. Co.'s operations are divided into three segments; Exploration and Production (oil and natural gas exploration and field development and production, as well as LNG operations), Gas and Power (supply, trading and marketing of gas and electricity, managing gas infrastructures for transport, distribution, storage, re-gasification, and LNG supply and marketing), and Refining and Marketing (supply of crude oil, refining and marketing of refined products). Assicurazioni Generali is the parent company for The Generali Group (the Group), an insurance and financial services provider. The commercial offer is composed of savings and pure risks policies, which constitute the majority of the portfolio, which includes protection and pension funds. In the non-life sector the Group is focused primarily on the retail market. In addition, through the Europ Assistance Group, Co. is engaged in services in motor, travel, health, home and family. The Group has also expanded its business from insurance to a range of asset management, property and financial services.

HeidelbergCement is engaged in the production and distribution of cement and aggregates, concrete and building products. Co.'s product range is complemented by downstream activities, such as ready-mixed concrete, concrete products, and concrete elements; in some countries, asphalt and building products, such as bricks and roof tiles, lime, or sand-lime bricks, are also manufactured. Furthermore, Co. provides services such as worldwide trading in cement and coal by sea. Co.'s products are used for the construction of houses, infrastructure, and commercial and industrial facilities.

Hermes International S.C.A.

Hermes International is engaged in the manufacture, sale, and distribution of luxury goods primarily in France, rest of Europe, Japan, Asia-Pacific, and Americas. Co.'s activities can be divided into two segments: the distribution via Co.'s exclusive network and the distribution via specialist outlets. The distribution via Co.'s exclusive network comprises silks and textiles, leather goods and saddlery, ready-to-wear and fashion accessories (men and women's clothing, belts, jewellery accessories, gloves, hats and shoes), and other goods (jewellery and products of the art of living department). The distribution via specialist outlets comprise perfumes, tableware and watches.

Hochtief is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. operates as a construction company engaged in projects in the transportation, energy, and social and urban infrastructure sectors as well as contract mining. Co. provides its services through three divisions: HOCHTIEF Americas, which encompasses the construction activities of operational units in the U.S and Canada; HOCHTIEF Asia Pacific, which includes the construction activities and contract mining in the Asia-Pacific region; and HOCHTIEF Europe, which designs, develops, builds, operates, and manages real estate and infrastructure, with primary business in Europe as well as selected other regions.

Ipsen is global biotechnology specialty care company. Co. engages in research, development, manufacture and sale of pharmaceutical products for human healthcare. Co.'s product portfolio includes pharmaceutical products marketed around the world to specialists working in its targeted therapeutic areas (oncology, endocrinology, neurology and haematology). These products are specialist care drugs. Co. also markets products in other therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, cardiovascular and cognitive disorders. JCDecaux S.A.

JC Decaux specializes in outdoor advertising. Co.'s business mainly consists of the sale of advertising space for these activities: Street Furniture, Transport Advertising and Billboard. The Street Furniture segment covers the advertising agreements relating to public property entered into with cities and local authorities. It also includes advertising in shopping centers, renting of street furniture, sale and rental of equipment, cleaning and maintenance. The Transport Advertising segment covers advertising in airports, subways, buses, tramways and trains. The Billboard segment covers advertising on private property and neon-type activity.

L'Oreal S.A.

L'Oreal acts as a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. plays a strategic coordination role and scientific, industrial and marketing coordination role on a global basis. Co. develops, manufactures and commercializes products for Skin care, Hair care, Make-up, Perfumes, Toiletries and deodorants, and Oral cosmetics. Co. has three branches: Cosmetics, Body shop and Dermatology. Co.'s principal activities comprise four divisions: Professional Products, Consumer Products, L'Oreal Luxe and Active Cosmetics. Co.'s cement segment provides a range of cementitious materials and also develops customized blends for special applications. Through its aggregates segment, Co. produces aggregates which include crushed stone, gravel and sand mainly used in the manufacture of ready-mix concrete, concrete products and asphalt, as well as for road building and railway tracks, with production centered on quarrying, preparing and sorting the raw material.

Legrand is a global specialist in electrical and digital building infrastructure based in France. Recordati-Industria Chimica e Farmaceutica is a pharmaceutical group based in Italy. Co.'s operations are divided into two operating segments: pharmaceuticals (and pharmaceutical chemicals) and orphan drugs. Veolia Environnement provides environmental management services to public authorities, industrial and commercial services customers, and individuals worldwide.
