Gaztransport & Technigaz is an engineering company specialized in membrane containment systems for liquefied gas transport and storage. Co. designs and markets technologies which combine operational efficiency and safety to equip liquefied natural gas (LNG) carriers, LNG floating platforms and multi-gas transport vessels. Co. also provides solutions for onshore storage tanks and the use of LNG as a fuel for vessels propulsion as well as a wide range of services in engineering, consultancy, training, maintenance assistance and technical studies at each stage of the liquefied gas chain.

Imerys is engaged in the production and the processing of minerals. Co.'s operations can be divided into four business groups: Minerals for Ceramics, Refractories, Abrasives and Foundry (minerals mainly for floor tiles, sanitaryware, porcelain, mobile energy as well as high-temperature and abrasive industries); Performance and Filtration Minerals (plastics, rubber, coatings, sealants and adhesives, health, beauty and filtration of nutrition liquids); Pigments for Paper (filler and coating products for paper) and Materials and Monolithics (construction materials in clay and slate and monolithic products and solutions for high-temperature industries).

Lagardere Groupe is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in the media industry (news, education, culture and entertainment businesses). Co.'s main activities in the media industry can be divided into four separate divisions. Lagardere Publishing includes Co.'s Book Publishing and e-Publishing businesses. Lagardere Active encompasses Co.'s Magazine Publishing, Audiovisual (Radio, Television, Audiovisual Production), Digital and Advertising Sales Brokerage businesses. Lagardere Services encompasses the Travel Retail and Distribution businesses. Lagardere Unlimited specializes in sports and entertainment.

NRJ Group is engaged in the multimedia industry, particularly in France's private radio market. Co. also operates in 22 other countries, as of Dec. 31, 2012. Co. works as a publisher, producer, and brodcaster, while marketing its own media space. Co. also develops new media such as television, internet and mobile telephony. Co.'s core business consists of creating and developing media, whether it be radio stations, television or the Internet. Co.'s operations can be divided into six segments: Musical Media and Events; Television; International Activities; Shows and Other Productions; Broadcasting and Other Activities. Co.'s brands are NRJ, NOSTALGIE, CHERIE FM, RIRE and CHANSONS.

ORPEA is a dependency, physical and psychiatric care group based in France. Co. operates long-term and short-term care facilities, including medical care facilities, medical and social care facilities and residential facilities for the elderly. Co. provides short, medium and long-term global physical and mental dependency care. Co. also operates residential facilities for disabled people of any age, hotels, and hotel-related, as well as leisure accommodation facilities. Co. operates in France and abroad (Belgium, Italy, Spain and Switzerland) in three business segments: Long-term care facilities (nursing homes); Post-acute and Rehabilitation care facilities; and Psychiatric care facilities.

Pfeiffer Vacuum provides vacuum technology solutions. Co.'s products are divided into the areas of vacuum generation, vacuum measurement and analysis, installation elements, vacuum chambers and vacuum systems. It includes a range of hybrid and magnetically levitated turbopumps, oil-lubricated and drycompressing low and medium vacuum pumps, leak detectors, mass spectrometers and gauge heads. Co. manufactures vacuum chambers in cubical, cylindrical and bell-shaped designs. Co. also develops and manufactures vacuum systems for customer specific processes, such as testing components for the automotive and electronics industries, testing pressure vessels or packaging in the food industry.

Erytech Pharma is a pharmaceutical company based in France. Co. is primarily engaged in developing cancer therapies that work by starving tumors. Co.'s first product (ERY-ASP), which is in phase III development, provides a therapeutic solution to frail patients with acute leukemia. Co.'s proprietary technology is based on encapsulation of therapeutic molecules into red blood cells. Co. maintains a production unit located in Lyons with "Pharmaceutical Establishment" status. Co. has also signed two distribution partnership agreements with the Orphan Europe-Recordati company and the TEVA group.

Vicat specializes in the production and marketing of cement, ready-mixed concrete and aggregates. Co. is also engaged in other activities which are: transport brokering (transporting materials and merchandise to large work sites) and contract work, production of prefabricated concrete products, fabrication of building products and paper. Co.'s business is divided into four segments: Cement, Ready-Mixed Concrete, Aggregates and Other Products and Services. Co.'s activities are conducted in eleven countries across Europe, North America Asia, Africa and the Middle East such as: France, U.S.A., Italy, Switzerland, Turkey, Egypt, Senegal, Mali, Mauritania, Kazakhstan and India.
