Air France-KLM is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in transporting passengers and cargo, aeronautics maintenance and other air-transport related activities, including catering and charter services. Co. operates in six geographical regions: Metropolitan France; Europe (except France) and North Africa; Caribbean, French Guiana and Indian Ocean; Africa, Middle East; Americas, Polynesia; and Asia and New Caledonia. Co. organizes its business around the following four segments: Passenger, providing passenger transportation services on scheduled flights; Cargo, transporting freight on flights and selling cargo capacity to third parties; Maintenance, and Other activities.

Covestro AG is a global supplier of high-tech polymer materials and application solutions developed for these materials. Co. produces precursors for polyurethane foams and the high-performance plastic polycarbonate in addition to raw materials for coatings, adhesives and sealants as well as specialty products, including high-quality films. Other precursors such as chlorine and by-products like styrene are part of Co.'s range of products.

Steag, through its subsidiaries, is engaged mainly in power generation and related industries. Co.'s business is divided into five units: Power generation, Decentralized Energy Supply, Foreign Power Plants, Gas Distribution, and Coal Trading.

Grifols is engaged in developing, manufacturing and distributing a range of plasma derivative products. Plasma derivatives are proteins found in human plasma, which once isolated and purified, have therapeutic value. These protein-based therapies extend the lives of individuals who suffer from chronic and acute conditions.
