Alain Afflelou : Focus Emission
Alain Afflelou (B3/B) launched on Tuesday a € 425m bond issue to refinance its two outstanding bonds of € 365m and € 75m, both callable at par from 15 October. The new financing will be split between a fixed € 250m tranche and a variable € 175m tranche (this breakdown may vary), each with a six-year maturity. The fixed tranche will not be reimbursable for two-and-a-half years and the variable tranche for one year. In parallel, the group has renewed its € 30m super senior syndicated loan on identical terms. >
