Alfen NV (Alfen) is a company based in the Netherlands, engaged in the design, development and production of electric grid equipment. The Company is active in three business lines: Smart Grids, which supplies standardized electricity grid connection systems, secondary transformer substations, local power grids, devices for grid automation, as well as software and back-end systems for remote management and grid control; Energy Storage, responsible for development and installation of modular energy storage systems under the brand TheBattery, which are used by utilities, grid operators, energy traders and industrial companies, among others, and Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging, which supplies EV charge points in a variety of capacities and functionalities for use at home, work and in public areas. In addition, Alfen offers service, management and maintenance activities, including remote support and monitoring, as well as an in-house technological know-how center.

Euronav is a provider of maritime shipping and offshore services engaged primarily in the transportation and storage of crude oil. As of Apr. 4, 2017, Co. owned and operated a modern fleet of 55 vessels (including four chartered-in vessels) with an aggregate carrying capacity of approximately 13.7 million deadweight tons, or dwt, consisting of 31 very large crude carriers, one ultra large crude carrier, 21 Suezmax vessels, and two floating, storage and offloading vessels. Co. has two operating segments: the operation of crude oil tankers on the international markets (tankers) and the floating production, storage and offloading operations.

EXEL Industries designs and manufactures precision spraying equipment that it markets to three markets: farming, industry and consumers. Co. organizes its operations into two divisions: Plant Protection (manufactures professional, semi-professional and consumer agricultural spraying equipment for plant protection; plant health products sprayed include herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, liquid fertilizers and other products) and Material Protection (supply of material protection products in two different areas: paint and viscous industrial product application equipment; and elimination of dust and odors).

Saipem is a global contractor with local presence in Africa, Central Asia, America, the Middle East and South East Asia. Co. provides engineering, procurement, construction and installation services; and engineering, procurement and construction services to the oil and gas industry, both onshore and offshore, with a focus on projects, including activities in remote areas, in deep waters and on projects that involve difficult gas or crude supplies.
