Alstom : Négociations pour un rachat de Bombardier Transport selon BFM

La valorisation évoquée est d’environ 5 Md€ en VE, soit un peu plus de 0.6x le CA de la division. Alstom envisagerait de payer 3.5 Md€ en cash selon l’article de BFM, et émettrait des titres pour 1.5 Md€ pour payer CDPQ (qui détint 30% de Bombardier Transport).
