Alstom : Prix renégocié avec Bombardier, SPA signé
>Un prix révisé à la baisse de 300 M€ - Alstom a annoncé que la fourchette de prix pour les fonds propres sera désormais de 5 500-5 900 M€ contre 5 800-6 200 M€ auparavant. Ceci est le résultat des dernières discussions après la publication de chiffres T2 très faibles par Bombardier Transport (BT) le 6 août. Ce nouveau prix a été accepté par Bombardier Inc et la CDPQ, qui détient 33% de BT.
