Co. is an active operator in the three main segments — retail, residential & office-hotels property — with the ability to design, develop, market & manage custom-tailored real estate products. In the Retail segment, Co. is active in real estate investment, development, asset management, providing services to third-party customers. In the Residential segment, Co. is a residential property developer. In the Office Property segment, Co. is a global operator active in all commercial property formats: high-rise buildings, business districts, corporate headquarters, renovation projects, green districts & luxury hotels.

Alten is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. operates in three areas: Engineering and Technology Consulting (ETC), Telecoms Networks and Multimedia, and Information Systems (NTIS). Through the Engineering and Technology Consulting (ETC) segment, Co. studies and designs technology products for technical divisions in industry and telecoms. The Telecoms Networks and Multimedia segment focuses on Product design, Architecture, deployment, and operation of networks. Lastly, the IT systems segment comprises Applications and software development, and Infrastructure and Telecoms (Applications, systems and networks Corporate telecommunications).

Bayerische Motoren Werke is a holding company, engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of cars and motorcycles. Co. owns three brands: BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce. Co.'s BMW automobile range encompasses the 1 Series, including coupe and convertible models; the 3 Series, including sedan, touring, coupe and convertible models; the 5 Series, including sedan and touring models; the 6 Series, including coupe or convertible; the 7 Series large sedan; the Z4 roadster and coupe; the sports utility vehicles, X3, X5 and X6 and M models. Co. also provides cars under the MINI brand and motorcycles under the BMW brand. The Rolls-Royce brand provides three cars, Phantom, Coupe and Ghost.

Daimler provides a range of transportation products, including passenger cars and commercial vehicles, and also financial services. Co. operates in five segments. Mercedes-Benz Cars sells passenger cars and off-road vehicles under the Mercedes-Benz brand and small cars under the smart brand. The Daimler Trucks distributes its trucks (Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner, FUSO, Western Star, Thomas Built Buses and BharatBenz). The vans of the Mercedes-Benz Vans segment are sold under the brand name Mercedes-Benz and Freightliner. Daimler Buses sells completely built-up buses (Mercedes-Benz and Setra). The Daimler Financial Services division supports sales of Co.'s automotive brands.

Compagnie Plastic Omnium is a manufacturing and services company which partners with car manufacturers and local communities, through its two core businesses which are Automotive Equipment and Environment. Co.'s activities can be divided into two divisions: the Automotive division and the Environment division. The Automotive division designs, manufactures and sells vehicle body parts (exterior parts and modules) and plastic fuel systems. The Environment division provides products and services for local authorities, including waste pre-collection and management equipment and services, and road and highway signage.

Renault is an automobile manufacturer. Co.'s activities have been organized into two main business sectors, in more than 120 countries: Automotive and Sales Financing. Co. designs, develops and sells passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. Following the acquisition of Romanian carmaker Dacia and Samsung Motors' operating assets in South Korea, Co. has three automotive brands: Renault, Dacia and Samsung. RCI Banque, Co.'s captive financing arm, finances sales of the Renault, Renault Samsung Motors (RSM) and Dacia brands, and, in Europe, the Nissan and Infiniti brands. In addition to these two activities, Co. has equity investments in the following two companies: Nissan and AVTOVAZ.

Volkswagen the parent company of the Volkswagen Group. It develops vehicles and components for the Group's brands, and produces and sells vehicles such as passenger cars and light commercial vehicles for the Volkswagen Passenger Cars and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles brands. In the electricity sector, Co. performs electricity generation, sales and distribution together with a Group subsidiary. Western Europe, China, Brazil, the U.S., Russia, Mexico and Argentina are the key markets of the Group. The automotive division comprises the passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and power engineering segments, while the financial services division corresponds to the financial services segment.

Wienerberger is a building materials group. Co.'s segments include: Clay Building Materials Eastern Europe, Clay Building Materials Western Europe, Pipes & Pavers Eastern Europe, Pipes & Pavers Western Europe, North America and Holding & Others. The Clay Building Materials Europe division covers activities in the areas of clay blocks, facing bricks and roof tiles. The Pipes & Pavers Europe division includes Co.'s business activities with plastic pipes, ceramic pipes and concrete pavers. The North America division covers activities in the areas of facing bricks, plastic pipes and concrete products. The Holding & Others division covers activities in the areas of clay blocks.
