Co. has two operating segments: air and sea freight forwarding and related services ("overseas freight") and IT service contractor ("IT services"). Fnac Darty is engaged in the leisure and entertainment, technology, and household appliances retail market in France and a player on markets in other countries where it operates such as Spain, Portugal, Belgium, the Netherlands and Switzerland. Fnac Darty also has franchise operations in Morocco, Qatar and Ivory Coast.

Groupe Gorge is a holding company engaged in three areas of operation: Smart Safety Systems (develops Smart Safety Systems designed to operate in hostile and constrained environments for civil and defense sectors); Protection in Nuclear Environments (protection solutions in nuclear environments: shielding by partition systems in nuclear power stations & protection against radiation for staff working in nuclear environments); and Industrial Project Services (industrial projects and maintenance, creating production tools and turnkey operation areas, projects and services in industrial robotics, iron works, automation, 3D printer offerings, electricity and fire fighting systems).

Hochtief is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. operates as a construction company engaged in projects in the transportation, energy, and social and urban infrastructure sectors as well as contract mining. Co. provides its services through three divisions: HOCHTIEF Americas, which encompasses the construction activities of operational units in the U.S and Canada; HOCHTIEF Asia Pacific, which includes the construction activities and contract mining in the Asia-Pacific region; and HOCHTIEF Europe, which designs, develops, builds, operates, and manages real estate and infrastructure, with primary business in Europe as well as selected other regions.

Co. offers a wide range of services such as: Facility Management, Cleaning Services, Support Services, Property Services, Catering Services and Security Services. Co. maintains operations in more than 50 countries across Europe, Asia, North America, Latin America and Pacific, serving public and private sector customers in business services and information technology, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, transportation and infrastructure, energy, leisure, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and other sectors.

LISI manufactures multifunctional fasteners and assembly and structural components for three business sectors: aerospace, automotive, and perfurmery. Co.'s activities are also split into three divisions: LISI Aerospace division, LISI Medical division and LISI Automotive division. LISI Aerospace division produces fasteners and assembly components for the aerospace and motor racing markets. LISI Medical division produces medical implants and is a sub-contractor of auxiliary parts. LISI Automotive division produces automotive fasteners and assembly components.

Ordina offers Consulting, IT and Application Outsourcing services. Co. is organized in the IT Services and Business Process Outsourcing segments. The IT Services segment performs activities relating to business consulting, system development and integration, and application management and maintenance. Within the Business Process Outsourcing segment, Co. assumes full responsibility for backoffices (i.e. business processes and IT) of clients operating in the banking and insurance sectors. It was decided, in the second half of 2008, not to continue the BPO activities under Co.'s umbrella on a permanent basis.

SBM Offshore is a holding company. Co. provides floating production solutions to the offshore energy industry, over the full product life-cycle. Co.'s main activities are the design, supply, installation, operation and life extension of floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessels. Other products include semi-submersibles, tension-leg platforms, floating production storage and offloading liquefied natural gas, turret mooring systems, brownfield and offshore (off) loading terminals. As of Dec 31 2015, Co.'s fleet consisted of 10 FPSOs, two floating storage and offloadings, one mobile offshore production unit, one semisubmersible in operation worldwide.
