ALTRI SGPS SA

Altri SGPS is a holding company based in Portugal. Co. is engaged in management of investments mainly in the industrial sector. Through its subsidiary companies, Co. is engaged in the production of pulp and paper through the Celbi, Celtejo and Caima Groups. Pulp is the core business of Co. and the focus is on bleached eucalyptus pulp. Co.'s three pulp mills, Celbi, Caima and Celtejo, produce over 550,000 tonnes per year. The paper mill, CPK, produces 60,000 tonnes of sack kraft paper per year. Co. manages over 78,000 ha of forest in Portugal certified by the Forest Stweardship Council.

Compagnie des Alpes SA

Compagnie des Alpes SA is a France-based holding company active in the tourism and leisure industry in two distinct areas: the operation and maintenance of ski resorts and the operation of family leisure parks and attractions. It equips, maintains and operates ski resorts in the Alps region in France, Italy and Switzerland. Its activities include lift handling, trail maintenance, grooming and snowmaking, and operation of ticket booths. eDreams Odigeo SA is a Luxembourg-based company principally engaged in the travel and recreational services. The Company is a travel group composed of various brand names, such as eDreams, GO Voyages, Opodo, Travellink, Liligo and Budgetplaces. It offers flights, cruises, car rental, travel insurance, as well as short and long-stay packages. It provides online travel services, including booking of scheduled, charter and low-cost flights, hotels, self-catering accommodation and cruises, traditional and non-traditional package holidays, car hire, train tickets and bus tickets, as well as travel insurance; corporate travel; white-label services, which allow access to various Web platforms; media services, such as targeted advertising, and venture farm to invest in companies with different types of business models and technologies.

SFC Energy AG

SFC Energy provides fuel cell generators for off-grid power applications, low and medium voltage electrical machine power products, instrumentation and measurement solutions, gas and flame detection safety systems as well as supervisory control and data acquisition solutions. For the power electronic market, Co. provides high-power electronic components, external and internal converters, switch mode power supplies, and special coils. For the defence and secutiry market, Co. provides portable power solutions that soldiers can use to run the devices they carry while on dismantled deployment. For the consumer market, Co. provides fuel cells used in hybrid operationalong with a solar module.

Sidetrade Sa. Sidetrade SA is a France-based software publishing company. It supplies companies with predictive analytics for managing the Business-to-Cash cycle. The Company's Cloud technology, complementary to enterprise resource planning (ERP) provides Finance Departments with a management console, offering visibility of the customer relationship and control and forecasting of financial flows. The Company offers four technology solutions: Sidetrade Network (Intelligent Credit Management Software), Sidetrade Mobile (Financial Management Mobile Application), Digital Collection (Interactive Digital Invoice Dunning) and Euler Hermes Intelligence (Customer risk management application). Tonnellerie Francois Freres S.A.. TFF Group, formerly Tonnellerie Francois Freres SA, is a France-based company that manufactures and distributes oak barrels that are used to conserve and transport liquids. The Company has four core businesses: stave milling, cooperage, cask manufacturing and oak wine-aging products. Tonnellerie Francois Freres SA also offers oak products for oenology, where the wine is put in contact with wood in varied forms, and has developed products for the alcohol maturing and aging market, especially the whisky market. The Company offers four brands of barrels: Exclusif, Privilege, Classique and Horizon. As of December 31, 2011, Tonnellerie Francois Freres SA operated through its subsidiaries, including: Sogibois, Bouyoud, Treuil, Francois Inc, Classic Oak New Zealand, Demptos Napa, among others.
