Bayerische Motoren Werke is a holding company, engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of cars and motorcycles. Co. owns three brands: BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce. Co.'s BMW automobile range encompasses the 1 Series, including coupe and convertible models; the 3 Series, including sedan, touring, coupe and convertible models; the 5 Series, including sedan and touring models; the 6 Series, including coupe or convertible; the 7 Series large sedan; the Z4 roadster and coupe; the sports utility vehicles, X3, X5 and X6 and M models. Brembo operates in the field of components for the motor vehicle industry, designing, manufacturing and marketing disc braking systems. The product ranges includes performance brake calipers, brake discs, wheel side assemblies, complete braking systems and integrated engineering services that accompany the development of new vehicle models marketed by car and motorbike manufacturers. Co.'s products and services are employed on cars, commercial vehicles, and motorbikes, as well as in racing. Co. is divided into several manufacturing and marketing units which Co. coordinates.

CIE Automotive is the parent company of an industrial group formed by several companies that are engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of automobile component and sub-units on the world market. In addition, Co. is also engaged in the bio-fuels business which is in the initial stages of development and is made up of various companies devoted to the production and distribution of bio-fuels.

Continental is an automotive industry supplier. Co.'s automotive divisions comprised of: Chassis & Safety, which develops and produces systems that provide safety and enhanced vehicle dynamics; Powertrain, which develops solutions for gasoline and diesel engines, as well as hybrid and electrical drive systems; and Interior, which provides solutions for information management within vehicles and networking between vehicles. Co.'s rubber divisions comprised of: Tires, which provides tires for passenger cars through trucks, buses and construction site vehicles to special vehicles, motorcycles and bicycles; and ContiTech, which develops products made from rubber and plastic.

Daimler provides a range of transportation products, including passenger cars and commercial vehicles, and also financial services. Co. operates in five segments. Mercedes-Benz Cars sells passenger cars and off-road vehicles under the Mercedes-Benz brand and small cars under the smart brand. The Daimler Trucks distributes its trucks (Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner, FUSO, Western Star, Thomas Built Buses and BharatBenz). Co., through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the manufacturing and supply of cylinder-head and specialty gaskets, plastic housing modules, thermal and acoustic shielding parts for engine, transmission and exhaust tract applications, exhaust gas purification systems and components for lithium-ion batteries and fuel cells. Alongside vehicle and engine manufacturers, Co.'s customer base includes numerous automotive suppliers, particularly in the field of turbochargers, exhaust technology and transmission engineering. Co.'s operating business is divided into five segments: Original Equipment, Aftermarket, Engineered Plastics, Services and Industrial Parks.

Faurecia is an automobile equipment supplier based in France. Co.'s activities can be divided into four business units: Automotive Seating (design of vehicle seats, manufacture of seating frames and adjustment mechanisms, and assembly of complete seating units); Emissions Control Technologies (design and manufacture of exhaust systems); Interior Systems (design and manufacture of instrument panels, door panels and modules, and acoustic components); and Automotive Exteriors (design and manufacture of front ends and safety modules). Some of Co.'s customers are PSA Peugeot Citroen, VW Group, Renault-Nissan, Ford Group, BMW and GM Group.

The Company's customers include Volkswagen, Renault-Nissan, PSA, Daimler, General Motors and BMW, among others. Leoni AG acts as the holding company, engaged in providing wires, optical fibers, cables and cable systems as well as related services for applications in the automotive sector and other industries. Co.'s business comprised of two divisions: Wire & Cable Solutions (WCS), which develops, produces and assembles wires and strands, optical fibers, standard and special cables, hybrid and optical cables as well as complete cable systems for a variety of industrial applications; Wiring Systems Division (WSD), which develops, produces and sells cable harnesses, complete wiring systems as well as related components for the global car, commercial vehicle and supply industry.

Nokian Tyres is a tyre manufacturer. Co. mainly sells its products in the aftermarket. Co. and its subsidiaries include the Vianor tyre retail chain, which provides wholesale and retail services in Co.'s primary markets. The core business units in Co. and its subsidiaries are Passenger Car Tyres, which develops, manufactures, and markets summer and winter tyres for passenger cars and delivery trucks as well as SUVs; Heavy Tyres, which focuses on special tyres; as well as Vianor, which provides tyres for all vehicles: passenger cars, vans, trucks, and heavy machinery. In addition to Nokian-branded tyres, the Vianor tyre retail chain sells other tyre brands and a variety of motoring products.

NORMA Group is a holding Company. Co. manufactures and markets joining products and solutions in three product categories clamps (CLAMP), joining elements (CONNECT) and connections/fluid systems (FLUID). Co.'s clamp products and solutions are manufactured from unalloyed steels or stainless steel and are generally used to join or seal elastomer hoses. Co.'s connection products include connectors made of unalloyed steels or stainless steel that are partly equipped with elastomer or metal seals and are used as the joining and sealing elements of metal and thermoplastic pipes. Co.'s fluid products are either single or multiple layer thermoplastic plug-in connectors for liquid systems.

Pfeiffer Vacuum provides vacuum technology solutions. Co.'s products are divided into the areas of vacuum generation, vacuum measurement and analysis, installation elements, vacuum chambers and vacuum systems. It includes a range of hybrid and magnetically levitated turbopumps, oil-lubricated and drycompressing low and medium vacuum pumps, leak detectors, mass spectrometers and gauge heads. Co. manufactures vacuum chambers in cubical, cylindrical and bell-shaped designs. Co. also develops and manufactures vacuum systems for customer specific processes, such as testing components for the automotive and electronics industries, testing pressure vessels or packaging in the food industry.

Pirelli & Co. is a holding company that manages, coordinates and finances the operations of its subsidiaries, which are mainly active in the tyre sector. Other activities relate to the emissions control technologies, renewable energy sources and fashion industries. Co.'s Total Tyre Business is split into: the Consumer Business segment that includes car and motorcycle tyres made for both the original equipment and replacement markets; and the Industrial Business segment that includes truck tyres, tyres for agricultural equipment, made both for the original equipment and replacement markets, and the steel cord business.
