Arkema is engaged in the global chemical industry which is a processing industry based on the transformation in one or several stages of raw materials (oil derivatives, gas, minerals, natural products) into more or less complex chemical products, or into plastics obtained by polymerization. In addition, Co. manufactures a wide range of products for other major industries: construction, packaging, chemicals, automotive, electronics, food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, etc. Co. operates in this industrial context with a business portfolio focused on three segments: High Performance Materials, Industrial Specialties, and Coating Solutions.

ORPEA is a dependency, physical and psychiatric care group based in France. Co. operates long-term and short-term care facilities, including medical care facilities, medical and social care facilities and residential facilities for the elderly. Co. provides short, medium and long-term global physical and mental dependency care. Co. also operates residential facilities for disabled people of any age, hotels, and hotel-related, as well as leisure accommodation facilities. Co. operates in France and abroad (Belgium, Italy, Spain and Switzerland) in three business segments: Long-term care facilities (nursing homes); Post-acute and Rehabilitation care facilities; and Psychiatric care facilities.

Compagnie Plastic Omnium is a manufacturing and services company which partners with car manufacturers and local communities, through its two core businesses which are Automotive Equipment and Environment. Co.'s activities can be divided into two divisions: the Automotive division and the Environment division. The Automotive division designs, manufactures and sells vehicle body parts (exterior parts and modules) and plastic fuel systems. The Environment division provides products and services for local authorities, including waste pre-collection and management equipment and services, and road and highway signage.

Trigano designs, manufactures and sells leisure vehicles and leisure equipment. Co.'s operations can be divided into two segments: Leisure vehicles and Leisure equipment. The Leisure Vehicles segment produces motor caravans, caravans, mobile homes and accessories and provides services to its customers (leasing and financing of leisure vehicles). The Leisure Equipment segment produces trailers, camping equipment, and garden equipment. Co. operates in France, U.K., Italy, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Netherlands, Norway and Other countries.

Vallourec is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. supplies tubular solutions, mainly for the energy markets as well as other industrial applications. Co.'s activities can be divided into two segments: the Seamless tubes segment (production of hot-rolled seamless carbon and alloy steel tubes, both smooth and threaded, for the oil and gas industry); and the Speciality Products segment (production of stainless steel and titanium tubes as well as specific forming and machining activities). Co. is organized into four divisions: Energy and Industry division; Oil Country Tubular Goods division; Drilling Products division; and Brazil division.
