Aroundtown Property Holdings Plc : TLG cautiously courting AT1, but don’t expect wedding bells to ring soon
>TLG has bought a 9.99% stake in Aroundtown - We recently spoke with Aroundtown (AT1) given TLG’s purchase of a 9.99% stake in AT1. In early September, TLG had announced that it bought a 9.99% stake in AT1 from AT1’s major shareholder Avisco at a price of € 8.30 per share in cash. This reduced Avisco’s stake in AT1 to 17%. TLG also has an option to acquire another 4.99% from Avisco at the same price. AT1 and TLG aim to begin evaluating a potential merger.
