Co. covers the main real estate segments which benefit from strong fundamentals and growth prospects: residential (through its holding in Grand City Properties S.A.), commercial and hotel properties. Bayerische Motoren Werke is a holding company, engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of cars and motorcycles. Co. owns three brands: BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce. Co.'s BMW automobile range encompasses the 1 Series, including coupe and convertible models; the 3 Series, including sedan, touring, coupe and convertible models; the 5 Series, including sedan and touring models; the 6 Series, including coupe or convertible; the 7 Series large sedan; the Z4 roadster and coupe; the sports utility vehicles, X3, X5 and X6 and M models. CNH Industrial is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in the design, production, marketing, sale and financing of agricultural and construction equipment, trucks, commercial vehicles, buses and specialty vehicles for firefighting, defense and other uses, as well as engines, transmissions and axles for those vehicles and engines for marine and power generation applications. Co. divides its business activities into three operating segments: Agricultural Equipment, Construction Equipment, Commercial Vehicles, Powertrain, and Financial Services.

Co.'s total fleet as at Sept 30 2017, comprised 279 aircraft, split between 156-seat Airbus A319s, 180-seat A320s, 186-seat A320s and 186-seat A320neos. Co.'s main markets are the U.K., France, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands, Portugal and Spain.

Faurecia is an automobile equipment supplier based in France. Co.'s activities can be divided into four business units: Automotive Seating (design of vehicle seats, manufacture of seating frames and adjustment mechanisms, and assembly of complete seating units); Emissions Control Technologies (design and manufacture of exhaust systems); Interior Systems (design and manufacture of instrument panels, door panels and modules, and acoustic components); and Automotive Exteriors (design and manufacture of front ends and safety modules). Societe Fonciere, Financiere ACT is an investment holding company which acts as a long-term investor and an active shareholder. As of Dec 31 2010, Co. held 22.1% of the share capital of PSA Peugeot Citroen. Co. usually purchases minority stakes in companies with a large family shareholding. Co. has a portfolio of private equity funds which operate mainly in Europe and countries with emerging economies. Renault is an automobile manufacturer. Co.'s activities have been organized into two main business sectors, in more than 120 countries: Automotive and Sales Financing.
