Co.'s hotel brands are InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, Hualuxe Hotels & Resorts, Hotel Indigo, EVEN Hotels, Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Staybridge Suites, Holiday Inn Club Vacations, Holiday Inn Resorts, Candlewood Suites, and Avid Hotels. As of Mar 2 2017, Co.'s had total hotels of 5,348 with 4,433 franchised, 907 managed, eight owned and leased hotels, and 1,655 total hotels in the pipeline.

Koninklijke Philips Electronics is active in the markets of healthcare, consumer lifestyle and lighting. Co.'s activities can be divided into three segments: Healthcare (Co. provides Imaging Systems, Patient Care and Clinical Informatics, Home Healthcare Solutions and Customer Services), Consumer Lifestyle (Co.'s products are divided into the following: Health and Wellness; Domestic Appliances; and Lifestyle Entertainment), Lighting (Co. provides lighting solutions for homes, shops, offices, schools, hotels, factories and hospitals; Co. also offers solutions for roads (street lighting and car lights) and for public spaces, residential areas and sports arenas).

Remy Cointreau is an operator in the global wines and spirits market. Co. produces, markets and distributes Cognac, Liquors and Spirits and other non-group brand alcoholic beverages. Co.'s primary cognac brand is Remy Martin, produced from Petite Champagne and Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie. Co.'s principal liquor and spirits include the following brands: Cointreau, Passoa, Metaxa, St Remy, and Mount Gay. Co. also operates a distribution network that handles products from partners and third-party companies. Major non-group products distributed by Co. include Scotch Whiskies (Edrington brand), Champagne (Piper-Heidsieck and Charles Heidsieck brands) and Vodka.

Co. is organized into four areas: Buildings and Partner, Infrastructure, Industry and IT; and operates in four principal markets: non-residential & residential buildings, utilities & infrastructure, industry & machine manufacturers and data centers & networks. The non-residential and residential buildings market includes end-users, property developers, design firms, and systems integrators. The utilities and infrastructure market includes energy operators. The industries market serves end users and companies, and engineering firms. The data centers and networks contain servers that process and store digital data in secure rooms.
