Generali : Strong growth in P&C insurance
>Strong growth in premiums - Generali released its 9M 2022 results yesterday. Premium income came to € 59,832m (+9.0% reported, +1.3% l-f-l), slightly ahead of expectations, thanks to higher-than-expected P&C insurance premiums. Life insurance premiums were € 38.7bn, down 2.9% l-f-l with a fall in premiums in savings & pensions and an increase in premiums in protection (+5%).
