Assystem : Assystem resilient but Expleo launches a restructuring plan in France
>H1 better than expected for Assystem, operating margin -2.2 pts y-o-y - Assystem, which already published H1 sales of € 299.5m in July (-9.4% organic y-o-y of which -13.7% in Q2), yesterday posted earnings that were broadly better than expected, excluding Expleo. The group reported adjusted EBIT of € 9.4m, down 40% y-o-y and above our forecast (ODDO BHF: € 7.1m). This gives a margin of 4.1%, down 2.2 points y-o-y and 1 point ahead of our forecast (ODDO BHF: 3.1%).
