Atalian : Atalian to be acquired by CD&R: All's well that ends well?
On 28 July 2022, Atalian announced that investment firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) had made a "binding and irrevocable" offer to its shareholders to acquire entire share capital and voting rights of Atalian. In parallel, CD&R will also buy OCS, a rival company in the UK, with the aim of merging the two groups.
