Atlantia is a holding company with subsidiaries and associates whose business is the construction and operation of motorways, airports and transport infrastructure, parking areas and intermodal systems, or who engage in activities related to the management of motorway or airport traffic.

Bouygues is a global industrial group engaged in designing, building and operating structures in public and private buildings, transportation infrastructure and energy and communication networks. Co. operates in three sectors - Construction (Bouygues Construction, Bouygues Immobilier and Colas), Media (TF1) and Telecom (Bouygues Telecom). Construction is engaged in the design and maintenance of projects in the areas of building, civil works, energies and services; Media offers activities covering the audiovisual sector; and Telecom offers mobile broadband services and prepaid card services for smart phones, as well as a range of services including telemessaging, voice mail and WAP

Eiffage is a construction and concessions group. Co.'s operations are organized into five divisions. The Concessions and PPPs division is engaged in construction and operating of infrastructures under concessions and public private partnerships. Through the Construction division, Co. is engaged in building design and construction, property development and building maintenance. Through the Public works division, Co. is engaged in civil engineering, road construction, infrastructure maintenance and material production. The Energy division specializes in electrical contracting and air conditioning. Through the Metal division, Co. is engaged in metallic construction and services to industry.

Vinci is engaged in building, civil engineering and facilities management. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in five divisions comprising of: the Building division which provides retail solutions including construction and fit-out in both the retail and commercial sectors; the Civil Engineering division; the Air division which provides program management, engineering and construction services to customers with airport infrastructure requirements; the Technology division; and the VINCI Facilities division which provides facilities management, repair and maintenance and small works in both the private and public sectors.

Salini Impregilo is engaged in the water segment. Co. is organised according to the distribution of its activities into its various segments: Corporate, which is engaged in the coordination and supervision of Impregilo S.p.A.'s main investments; Construction, which consists of the business headed by Impregilo S.p.A.; Concessions, which consists of the business coordinated by Co.'s subsidiary, Impregilo International Infrastructures B.V. (the Netherlands) and carried out through subsidiaries, jointly controlled entities and associates; as well as Engineering & Plant Construction, which consists of the business headed by FISIA Italimpianti and FISIA Babcock Environment (Germany).
