La valorisation retenue est de 2.0 Md€ en valeur d’entreprise, incluant 0.8 Md€ d’engagements de leasing. Cela fait ressortir une EV de 1.2 Md€ hors leasing, soit un ratio de VE/EBITDA 23e de 2.3x, en ligne avec les chiffres retenus dans notre SOTP.
