Atrys Health SA. Atrys Health SA, formerly Europath Biosciences SL, is Spain-based company primarily engaged in the predictive and personalized oncology therapies. It operates under Atrys brand name. Atrys is a clinical and translational research laboratory dedicated to the diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of cancer, including hematologic and solid malignancies. It has four areas of activity: Laboratory, Telemedicine, Radiotherapy, as well as Research and Development (R&D). The Company has its diagnostic laboratories and translational research in Barcelona and Granada, and offices in Madrid, Spain.

Care Property Invest NV. Care Property Invest NV, formerly Serviceflats Invest NV, is a Belgium-based real estate investment company that builds and finances housing for pensioners. The Company specializes in premises equipped with technologies ensuring safety and comfort of elderly people. In addition, Care Property Invest designs, builds, supervises the progress of a number of construction works, monitors the budget and finances projects in the long term. Care Property Invest NV cooperates mainly for public health care center in Antwerp -Openbaar Centrum voor Maatschappelijk Welziijn (OCMW), including Berchem. The Company focuses its activities on the Belgian market. It operates through a number of subsidiaries, such as Ter Bleuk NV, Siger SA and Konli BVBA and VSP Wolvertem bvba.

Eramet is a mining and metallurgical group, which specializes in the extraction, production and marketing of non-ferrous metals, their chemical derivatives, alloys and superalloys, and parts. Co. engages in the engineering, design, and construction of industrial facilities for refining and petrochemical, oil and gas, power, and infrastructure and industries sectors worldwide. Co. constructs nuclear plants, conventional thermal plants, and renewable energy and cogeneration facilities for power sector; refineries and facilities for petrochemicals; water treatment, desalination, waste management, air, land, and marine transport facilities; and liquefaction, and storage facilities, as well as oil and gas fields and pipelines. Co. also provides engineering, management and operating services for industrial plants.
