Bayerische Motoren Werke is a holding company, engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of cars and motorcycles. Co. owns three brands: BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce. Co.'s BMW automobile range encompasses the 1 Series, including coupe and convertible models; the 3 Series, including sedan, touring, coupe and convertible models; the 5 Series, including sedan and touring models; the 6 Series, including coupe or convertible; the 7 Series large sedan; the Z4 roadster and coupe; the sports utility vehicles, X3, X5 and X6 and M models. Co. also provides cars under the MINI brand and motorcycles under the BMW brand. The Rolls-Royce brand provides three cars, Phantom, Coupe and Ghost.

Bouygues is a global industrial group engaged in designing, building and operating structures in public and private buildings, transportation infrastructure and energy and communication networks. Co. operates in three sectors - Construction (Bouygues Construction, Bouygues Immobilier and Colas), Media (TF1) and Telecom (Bouygues Telecom). Construction is engaged in the design and maintenance of projects in the areas of building, civil works, energies and services; Media offers activities covering the audiovisual sector; and Telecom offers mobile broadband services and prepaid card services for smart phones, as well as a range of services including telemessaging, voice mail and WAP

Daimler provides a range of transportation products, including passenger cars and commercial vehicles, and also financial services. Co. operates in five segments. Mercedes-Benz Cars sells passenger cars and off-road vehicles under the Mercedes-Benz brand and small cars under the smart brand. The Daimler Trucks distributes its trucks (Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner, FUSO, Western Star, Thomas Built Buses and BharatBenz). The vans of the Mercedes-Benz Vans segment are sold under the brand name Mercedes-Benz and Freightliner. Daimler Buses sells completely built-up buses (Mercedes-Benz and Setra). The Daimler Financial Services division supports sales of Co.'s automotive brands.

Eutelsat Communications is a private telecommunications satellite operator involved in the design, establishment, operation and maintenance of satellite telecommunications systems covering a large geographical area (extended Europe (including North Africa and the Middle East), sub-Saharan Africa, parts of America and Asia). Co. provides its customers broadcasting capacity and associated services to transmit TV programmes via satellite, cable or Internet Protocol (IP) networks. As of June 30, 2013, Co. owned and operated 31 satellites in geostationary orbit and 4 satellites in inclined orbit.

Fresenius is a health care group providing products and services for dialysis, hospitals and outpatient medical care. Co. operates four business segments: Fresenius Medical Care; Fresenius Kabi; Fresenius Helios; and Fresenius Vamed. Fresenius Medical Care provides dialysis care and dialysis products for patients with chronic kidney failure. Fresenius Kabi is engaged in the provision of generic drugs, infusion therapies, clinical nutrition products, related medical devices and transfusion technology. Fresenius Vamed manages projects and provides services for hospitals and other health care facilities. Fresenius Helios is a private hospital operator which only operates in Germany.

Gestamp Automocion SA. Gestamp Automocion SA is a Spain-based company primarily engaged in the auto parts manufacture. It focuses on the design, development and production of metal components and structure systems for the automotive industry. The Company's products portfolio includes skin panels and closure parts, structural and body components, chassis, bumpers and dashboard crossbeams, among others. The Company's customers include Volkswagen, Renault-Nissan, PSA, Daimler, General Motors and BMW, among others. The Company is a parent of the Gestamp Automocion Group, a group, which comprises a number of subsidiaries with operations established in North and South America, Europe and Asia. The Company is controlled by Acek Desarrollo y Gestion Industrial SL.

Grifols is engaged in developing, manufacturing and distributing a range of plasma derivative products. Plasma derivatives are proteins found in human plasma, which once isolated and purified, have therapeutic value. These protein-based therapies extend the lives of individuals who suffer from chronic and acute conditions. Imerys is engaged in the production and the processing of minerals. Co.'s operations can be divided into four business groups: Minerals for Ceramics, Refractories, Abrasives and Foundry (minerals mainly for floor tiles, sanitaryware, porcelain, mobile energy as well as high-temperature and abrasive industries); Performance and Filtration Minerals (plastics, rubber, coatings, sealants and adhesives, health, beauty and filtration of nutrition liquids); Pigments for Paper (filler and coating products for paper) and Materials and Monolithics (construction materials in clay and slate and monolithic products and solutions for high-temperature industries).

Nexi SpA. Nexi SpA is an Italy-based financial technology company. The Company is specialized in the payment technology field offering digital services and infrastructure to banks, businesses, institutions and the public administration.

Renault is an automobile manufacturer. Co.'s activities have been organized into two main business sectors, in more than 120 countries: Automotive and Sales Financing. Co. designs, develops and sells passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. Following the acquisition of Romanian carmaker Dacia and Samsung Motors' operating assets in South Korea, Co. has three automotive brands: Renault, Dacia and Samsung. RCI Banque, Co.'s captive financing arm, finances sales of the Renault, Renault Samsung Motors (RSM) and Dacia brands, and, in Europe, the Nissan and Infiniti brands. In addition to these two activities, Co. has equity investments in the following two companies: Nissan and AVTOVAZ.

Volkswagen the parent company of the Volkswagen Group. It develops vehicles and components for the Group's brands, and produces and sells vehicles such as passenger cars and light commercial vehicles for the Volkswagen Passenger Cars and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles brands. In the electricity sector, Co. performs electricity generation, sales and distribution together with a Group subsidiary. Western Europe, China, Brazil, the U.S., Russia, Mexico and Argentina are the key markets of the Group. The automotive division comprises the passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and power engineering segments, while the financial services division corresponds to the financial services segment.
