>Vente d’AXA Banque Belgique à la banque belge Crelan - AXA a annoncé vendredi matin qu’il venait de conclure un accord afin de céder AXA Banque Belgique à Crelan Banque, la 7ème banque en Belgique, avec environ 920 000 clients, 633 succursales et 20,4 Md€ d’actifs. AXA Banque Belgique est, de son côté, la 6ème banque en Belgique avec 860 000 clients, 550 agences et 27 Md€ d’actifs (dont 20 Md€ de prêts à la clientèle). AXA va céder 100% d’AXA Banque Belgique à Crelan...AXA is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in insurance and assets management. Co. operates primarily in Europe, North America, the Asia-Pacific Region and, to a lesser extent, in other regions including the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.
