Constellium announced its intention to repay the $ 650m secured paper with an 8.750% coupon and a 2018 maturity issued by Wise Metals. In order to proceed with the repayment, the group is planning to issue a $Â 625m unsecured bond with an eight-year maturity (2025) NC 3 years.Unicredit published a press release yesterday evening announcing the launch of its capital increase on 6 February.>
