Bayerische Motoren Werke is a holding company, engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of cars and motorcycles. Co. owns three brands: BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce. Co.'s BMW automobile range encompasses the 1 Series, including coupe and convertible models; the 3 Series, including sedan, touring, coupe and convertible models; the 5 Series, including sedan and touring models; the 6 Series, including coupe or convertible; the 7 Series large sedan; the Z4 roadster and coupe; the sports utility vehicles, X3, X5 and X6 and M models. Co. also provides cars under the MINI brand and motorcycles under the BMW brand. The Rolls-Royce brand provides three cars, Phantom, Coupe and Ghost.

Carrefour is a distribution group based in France. Co. is engaged in retailing business, primarily in Europe (France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Poland, and Romania); Asia (China, India, and Taiwan); and Latin America (Argentina and Brazil). Co. offers a variety of fresh produce, products from local suppliers and major-brand products. Co. operates Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Convenience stores and Cash & Carry stores, as well as food and non-food e-commerce sites. CNH Industrial is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in the design, production, marketing, sale and financing of agricultural and construction equipment, trucks, commercial vehicles, buses and specialty vehicles for firefighting, defense and other uses, as well as engines, transmissions and axles for those vehicles and engines for marine and power generation applications. Co. divides its business activities into three operating segments: Agricultural Equipment, Construction Equipment, Commercial Vehicles, Powertrain, and Financial Services.

Daimler provides a range of transportation products, including passenger cars and commercial vehicles, and also financial services. Co. operates in five segments. Dassault Aviation is a player in the civil and military aviation industry. Co. designs, manufactures and sells combat aircraft under the names Rafale, Mirage 2000, nEUROn and executive jets under the name Falcon (Falcon 7X, Falcon 900LX, Falcon 2000LX) and business jets. Co. produces combat aircraft. Rafale is a fighter aircraft with a "delta-canard" configuration. Mirage 2000 is a combat aircraft operated in environments ranging from deserts to tropical forests. nEUROn is an unmanned combat aircraft vehicle demonstrator. Falcon is used for passenger transportation by entrepreneurs, executives of companies and governments. Co. also offers maintenance services, follow up and repair services.

Societe Fonciere, Financiere ACT is an investment holding company which acts as a long-term investor and an active shareholder. As of Dec 31 2010, Co. held 22.1% of the share capital of PSA Peugeot Citroen. Co. usually purchases minority stakes in companies with a large family shareholding. Co. has a portfolio of private equity funds which operate mainly in Europe and countries with emerging economies. Co. also operates a financial investment and cash management business, as well as a real estate and wine-producing businesses.

Co.'s activities are divided into four main segments: Automobile (Co. designs, manufactures and markets passenger cars and light commercial vehicles under Peugeot and Citroen brands), Finance (Co. provides retail and wholesale financing to customers and dealer networks), Automotive equipment (Co. produces Interior Systems, Automotive Seating, Automotive Exteriors and Emissions Control Technologies) and Other businesses (Co. produces scooters).

Renault is an automobile manufacturer. Co.'s activities have been organized into two main business sectors, in more than 120 countries: Automotive and Sales Financing. Co. designs, develops and sells passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. Following the acquisition of Romanian carmaker Dacia and Samsung Motors' operating assets in South Korea, Co. has three automotive brands: Renault, Dacia and Samsung. RCI Banque, Co.'s captive financing arm, finances sales of the Renault, Renault Samsung Motors (RSM) and Dacia brands, and, in Europe, the Nissan and Infiniti brands. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is an international automotive group engaged in designing, engineering, manufacturing, distributing and selling vehicles, components and production systems. Co. has operations in approx. 40 countries and sells its vehicles directly or through distributors and dealers in more than 140 countries. Co. designs, engineers, manufactures, distributes and sells vehicles for the mass market under the Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, Fiat Professional, Jeep, Lancia and Ram brands and the SRT performance vehicle designation.
