Bayerische Motoren Werke is a holding company, engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of cars and motorcycles. Co. owns three brands: BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce. Co.'s BMW automobile range encompasses the 1 Series, including coupe and convertible models; the 3 Series, including sedan, touring, coupe and convertible models; the 5 Series, including sedan and touring models; the 6 Series, including coupe or convertible; the 7 Series large sedan; the Z4 roadster and coupe; the sports utility vehicles, X3, X5 and X6 and M models. Co. also provides cars under the MINI brand and motorcycles under the BMW brand. The Rolls-Royce brand provides three cars, Phantom, Coupe and Ghost.

CNH Industrial is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in the design, production, marketing, sale and financing of agricultural and construction equipment, trucks, commercial vehicles, buses and specialty vehicles for firefighting, defense and other uses, as well as engines, transmissions and axles for those vehicles and engines for marine and power generation applications. Co. divides its business activities into three operating segments: Agricultural Equipment, Construction Equipment, Commercial Vehicles, Powertrain, and Financial Services.

Daimler provides a range of transportation products, including passenger cars and commercial vehicles, and also financial services. Co. operates in five segments. Mercedes-Benz Cars sells passenger cars and off-road vehicles under the Mercedes-Benz brand and small cars under the smart brand. The Daimler Trucks distributes its trucks (Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner, FUSO, Western Star, Thomas Built Buses and BharatBenz). Societe Fonciere, Financiere ACT is an investment holding company which acts as a long-term investor and an active shareholder. As of Dec 31 2010, Co. held 22.1% of the share capital of PSA Peugeot Citroen. Co. usually purchases minority stakes in companies with a large family shareholding. Co. has a portfolio of private equity funds which operate mainly in Europe and countries with emerging economies. Co. also operates a financial investment and cash management business, as well as a real estate and wine-producing businesses.

Nissan Motor, along with its subsidiaries and associated companies, is engaged in the manufacture and sale of vehicles, marine products and related parts; and the provision of finance services throughout world. Co.'s principal businesses are automobile and sales financing. Automobile segment manufactures electric vehicles, sedans, sport coupes, compact cars, mini vans, SUVs, pick-up trucks, and station wagons. Orange provides consumers, businesses and other telecommunications operators with a wide range of services including fixed telephony and mobile telecommunications, data transmission, Internet and multimedia, and other services. Co.'s portfolio comprises business lines (fixed-line, mobile, Internet), focusing on all customer segments (small and medium-sized businesses, multinationals), and personal and professional services for home, office, travel, and mobile. Co. manages eight operating segments: France, Poland, Spain, Rest of the Europe, Africa and Middle East, Other non-controlling equity interests, Enterprise Communication Services, and International Carriers and Shared Services.

Peugeot is an automobile manufacturer (cars and light commercial vehicles), supported by two brands: Peugeot and Citroen. Co.'s activities are divided into four main segments: Automobile (Co. designs, manufactures and markets passenger cars and light commercial vehicles under Peugeot and Citroen brands), Finance (Co. provides retail and wholesale financing to customers and dealer networks), Automotive equipment (Co. produces Interior Systems, Automotive Seating, Automotive Exteriors and Emissions Control Technologies) and Other businesses (Co. produces scooters).

Renault is an automobile manufacturer. Co.'s activities have been organized into two main business sectors, in more than 120 countries: Automotive and Sales Financing. Co. designs, develops and sells passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. Following the acquisition of Romanian carmaker Dacia and Samsung Motors' operating assets in South Korea, Co. has three automotive brands: Renault, Dacia and Samsung. RCI Banque, Co.'s captive financing arm, finances sales of the Renault, Renault Samsung Motors (RSM) and Dacia brands, and, in Europe, the Nissan and Infiniti brands. In addition to these two activities, Co. has equity investments in the following two companies: Nissan and AVTOVAZ.

Rubis is a holding company based in France. Co., through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the bulk import, production or distribution process, and storage of petroleum products in Europe, the Caribbean, and Africa. Co. operates bulk liquid storage facilities for petroleum products, chemicals, fertilizers, edible oils and molasses, and foodstuffs, as well as distributes butane, propane, and petroleum products in wholesale and retail. Co.'s customers primarily include hypermarkets and supermarkets; oil companies; chemists; and traders and intermediaries of fuel, oil or gas, manures, and other liquids.

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is an international automotive group engaged in designing, engineering, manufacturing, distributing and selling vehicles, components and production systems. Co. has operations in approx. 40 countries and sells its vehicles directly or through distributors and dealers in more than 140 countries. Co. designs, engineers, manufactures, distributes and sells vehicles for the mass market under the Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, Fiat Professional, Jeep, Lancia and Ram brands and the SRT performance vehicle designation.

Suez is active in each stage of the water and waste cycles. Co. is organized around three main segments: Water Europe (water distribution and treatment services, particularly under concession contracts, to individuals, local authorities and industrial clients); Waste Europe (waste collection and treatment services for local authorities and industrial clients; these services include collection, sorting, recycling, composting, energy recovery and landfilling for both non-hazardous and hazardous waste) and International (water, waste and engineering services, with a special focus on risk-management resulting from specific local environments by setting up partnerships).

Volkswagen the parent company of the Volkswagen Group. It develops vehicles and components for the Group's brands, and produces and sells vehicles such as passenger cars and light commercial vehicles for the Volkswagen Passenger Cars and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles brands. In the electricity sector, Co. performs electricity generation, sales and distribution together with a Group subsidiary. Western Europe, China, Brazil, the U.S., Russia, Mexico and Argentina are the key markets of the Group. The automotive division comprises the passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and power engineering segments, while the financial services division corresponds to the financial services segment.
