Bolloré : Résultats S1 légèrement inférieurs aux attentes

Ceux-ci sont ressortis légèrement inférieurs à notre attente avec un EBITA de 462 M€ (vs 512 M€ attendus). Rappelons que le groupe a déconsolidé la totalité de ses activités dans la logistique, notamment Bolloré Logistics en cours de cession. L’essentiel du résultat a donc été généré par Vivendi et la participation de 18% dans UMG. Le manage...Bollore is a holding company.
