Mobilux (MOBLUX, B1/B+) has announced an offering of € 250m six-year NC2 senior secured notes pari passu with existing 2028 notes (€ 500m). The purpose of the offering and the use of € 94m of cash on the balance sheet is to refinance the government-backed loan of Conforama (€ 288m), a sister company of BUT, and to buy back € 32m shares held by management in Mobilux Holding 2.
