Hier, profitant d’une fenêtre d’apaisement sur les marchés, suite à l’annonce d’un cessez-le-feu entre l’Iran et Israël, Clariane a lancé le placement d’une nouvelle obligation à échéance juin 2030 (5 ans). Le price-talk a débuté à « 8.25% area » et les titres ont été placés dans la journée, avec, au final, un pricing resserré à 7.875% (ms+565bp) et un relèvement de la taille à 400 m EUR (vs. 300 m EUR prévu au départ).
