CaixaBank : Focus Emission
CaixaBank has this week conducted deal roadshows for an inaugural Additional Tier 1 (AT1). The instruments will be denominated in EUR and a benchmark size (EUR750m envisaged). Its main features will be similar to existing Spanish AT1 (low trigger, equity conversion). The date of first call has not been decided yet, and the bank envisages a first call date after 5 years (2022) or 7 years (2024).>Caixabank is an investment company based in Spain. Co. is also involved in the disinvestments activities.
Oddo Securities provides securities brokerage and research services. The company offers equity, economic, and derivatives research and credit analysis services. It focuses on insurance, automotive, building materials, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, information technology, and agri-food industries.
