>Rappel de la transaction proposée en février… - Pour rappel, Campari avait annoncé, lors de la publication de ses résultats annuels le 18 février 2020, qu’il envisageait de transférer son siège social aux Pays-Bas et d’adopter le statut social néerlandais « N.V. » (i.e. Naamloze Vennootschap).
