Nexans offers cables and cabling systems for the Infrastructure, Industry, Building and Local Area Network markets. Co.'s offering covers the research, design, manufacturing, installation, training, and network supervision and control. Co. operates under three segments: Energy (power cables for energy infrastructures, special cables for industry, and equipment cables for the building market), Telecom (cables for private telecommunications networks, junction components for telecommunications network cables, and copper and optical fiber cables for public telecommunications networks) and Electrical wires (wirerods, electrical wires and winding wires production operations).

Suedzucker is the parent company of Suedzucker Group, which operates in four segments: sugar, which comprises sugar production in Bosnia, Austria, Romania, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Hungary, as well as Moldova; special products, which, among others, produces and sells ingredients made from natural raw materials for food products and animal feed, and its bioethanol businesses; CropEnergies, which includes the bioethanol activities of Co.'s Sudzucker group with production sites in Germany, Belgium, France and the U.K. as well as trading activities in Brazil, Chile and the U.S; and fruit, which serves food companies from the dairy, baked goods, ice cream and non-alcoholic beverage industry.

Salini Impregilo is engaged in the water segment. Co. is organised according to the distribution of its activities into its various segments: Corporate, which is engaged in the coordination and supervision of Impregilo S.p.A.'s main investments; Construction, which consists of the business headed by Impregilo S.p.A.; Concessions, which consists of the business coordinated by Co.'s subsidiary, Impregilo International Infrastructures B.V. (the Netherlands) and carried out through subsidiaries, jointly controlled entities and associates; as well as Engineering & Plant Construction, which consists of the business headed by FISIA Italimpianti and FISIA Babcock Environment (Germany).
