Cancom SE : FY 23 guidance revision to reflect the contribution of KBC
>KBC consolidation expected to start as of June 1 - Cancom today announced the closure of the acquisition of K-Businesscom (KBC), Austria’s second largest IT-Services business. KBC’s results are expected to be consolidated as of June 1. Until now Cancom guided for revenue of between € 1,320 -1,390m, gross profit of between € 460 – 485m, EBITDA of between € 114 – 124m and EBITA of between € 70 – 80m for 2023.
