>Un appel au marché de 10 M€ à minima - Sans surprise, Carmat lance une augmentation de capital avec suppression du droit préférentiel de souscription des actionnaires. D’un montant initial de 10.3 M€, celle-ci pourra être étendue jusqu’à 13.6 M€ en cas d’exercice intégral de la clause d’extension et de l’option de surallocation. Le prix de souscription est de 1,60 € par action, soit une décote de 24,5% par rapport à la moyenne des cours moyens pondérés des cinq derni...Carmat is focused on the research and development of an innovative product in the medical sector, developing an orthotopic and biocompatible artificial heart which is completely implantable, as well as its electrical power supply system and remote diagnosis system. Co. is developing a long-term therapeutic solution for patients who suffer from advanced bi-ventricular heart failure and who are not eligible for cardiac transplantation and who have exhausted all drug possibilties. Co. is still in the phase of research and development and thus do not generate any revenues.
