Euronav is a provider of maritime shipping and offshore services engaged primarily in the transportation and storage of crude oil. As of Apr. 4, 2017, Co. owned and operated a modern fleet of 55 vessels (including four chartered-in vessels) with an aggregate carrying capacity of approximately 13.7 million deadweight tons, or dwt, consisting of 31 very large crude carriers, one ultra large crude carrier, 21 Suezmax vessels, and two floating, storage and offloading vessels. Co. also provides solutions for onshore storage tanks and the use of LNG as a fuel for vessels propulsion as well as a wide range of services in engineering, consultancy, training, maintenance assistance and technical studies at each stage of the liquefied gas chain.

McPhy Energy SAS is a France-based company that develops hydrogen storage and production solutions for the merchant hydrogen market and renewable energy markets. The Company sells solid-state hydrogen technology to provide a way for industrial gas renewable energy storage. Its products include the electrolyzer, a hydrogen generator that uses water as a raw material; solid hydrogen storage solutions with MCP and MGH series; and other ways that integrate electrolyzers and other solutions. As of Dec 31 2015, Co.'s fleet consisted of 10 FPSOs, two floating storage and offloadings, one mobile offshore production unit, one semisubmersible in operation worldwide.

Schoeller-Bleckmann Oilfield Equipment is engaged as a producer of high precision components and a supplier of oilfield equipment for the oilfield service industry. Co. focuses on non-magnetic drillstring components (non-magnetic drill collars) and downhole tools for drilling and completing directional and horizontal wells. The High Precision Components segment consists of the manufacturing of MWD (Measuring While Drilling) and LWD (Logging While Drilling) precision drillstring components. The Oilfield Equipment segment comprises production and distribution of non-magnetic drill collars, drilling motors and tools for downhole circulation applications, repair and maintenance services.

Co. constructs nuclear plants, conventional thermal plants, and renewable energy and cogeneration facilities for power sector; refineries and facilities for petrochemicals; water treatment, desalination, waste management, air, land, and marine transport facilities; and liquefaction, and storage facilities, as well as oil and gas fields and pipelines. Co. also provides engineering, management and operating services for industrial plants.
