CMA CGM : Nous initions les nouvelles obligations 2029 à Neutre
CMA CGM a émis hier 400 m EUR d’obligations à échéance 2029 (5NC2). L’IPT a été fixé à 5.75-6.0%, puis la guidance a été ramenée à 5.625% (+/-12.5bp), pour finir à 5.5%. Nous débutons la couverture des nouvelles obligations à Neutre, car le pricing a été conforme à la fair value que nous avions estimée dans notre Focus Emission (environ 5.5/5.75%).
