CMA-CGM : Towards a takeover of Ceva Logistics
On 24 October, CMA CGM announced plans to strengthen its ties with Ceva Logistics (B1/BB-) and proposed in this context to acquire the stakes of other shareholders at CHF 30 a share. Depending on the number of shares tendered, this move could represent an investment of up to CHF 1bn.
