CNP Assurances : Retour sur l’opération annoncée hier par La Banque Postale
La Banque Postale a annoncé hier son projet d’acquérir les actions de CNP Assurances détenues par le Groupe BPCE (bloc de 16.1% du capital), ce qui porterait la participation de LBP à 78.9% et de déposer, auprès de l’AMF, une offre publique d’achat simplifiée pour les actionnaires minoritaires de CNP Assurances au prix de 21,90 € par action, en visant le retrait obligatoire de la cote, si les conditions sont réunies.
