Coface : Arch Capital to buy 29.5% of Coface from Natixis

>Natixis is set to sell 29.5% of Coface to Arch Capital - With Coface presenting its new strategic plan yesterday morning, Natixis announced that it was selling a 29.5% stake in Coface to Arch Capital at a price of € 10.7 (dividend attached) per share. Natixis’ residual stake in Coface of 12.2% will be held as a financial interest. The deal is expected to be completed within six to 12 months.
