Co.'s operates in three segments: Passenger car/Light truck tires and related distribution; Truck tires and related distribution and Specialty businesses segment including tires for specialty vehicles and maps and guides. Co. distributes its products through two tire distribution networks: Euromaster (Europe) and TCI (U.S.A.) and its brands include Michelin, BFGoodrich, Kleber, Uniroyal, Warrior, Kormoran, Riken, Taurus and Tigar.

Co.'s automotive divisions comprised of: Chassis & Safety, which develops and produces systems that provide safety and enhanced vehicle dynamics; Powertrain, which develops solutions for gasoline and diesel engines, as well as hybrid and electrical drive systems; and Interior, which provides solutions for information management within vehicles and networking between vehicles. Co.'s rubber divisions comprised of: Tires, which provides tires for passenger cars through trucks, buses and construction site vehicles to special vehicles, motorcycles and bicycles; and ContiTech, which develops products made from rubber and plastic.
Faurecia is an automobile equipment supplier based in France. Co.'s activities can be divided into four business units: Automotive Seating (design of vehicle seats, manufacture of seating frames and adjustment mechanisms, and assembly of complete seating units); Emissions Control Technologies (design and manufacture of exhaust systems); Interior Systems (design and manufacture of instrument panels, door panels and modules, and acoustic components); and Automotive Exteriors (design and manufacture of front ends and safety modules). Some of Co.'s customers are PSA Peugeot Citroen, VW Group, Renault-Nissan, Ford Group, BMW and GM Group.

Co. and its subsidiaries include the Vianor tyre retail chain, which provides wholesale and retail services in Co.'s primary markets. The core business units in Co. and its subsidiaries are Passenger Car Tyres, which develops, manufactures, and markets summer and winter tyres for passenger cars and delivery trucks as well as SUVs; Heavy Tyres, which focuses on special tyres; as well as Vianor, which provides tyres for all vehicles: passenger cars, vans, trucks, and heavy machinery. In addition to Nokian-branded tyres, the Vianor tyre retail chain sells other tyre brands and a variety of motoring products.
Pirelli & Co. is a holding company that manages, coordinates and finances the operations of its subsidiaries, which are mainly active in the tyre sector. Other activities relate to the emissions control technologies, renewable energy sources and fashion industries. Co.'s Total Tyre Business is split into: the Consumer Business segment that includes car and motorcycle tyres made for both the original equipment and replacement markets; and the Industrial Business segment that includes truck tyres, tyres for agricultural equipment, made both for the original equipment and replacement markets, and the steel cord business.
Compagnie Plastic Omnium is a manufacturing and services company which partners with car manufacturers and local communities, through its two core businesses which are Automotive Equipment and Environment. Co.'s activities can be divided into two divisions: the Automotive division and the Environment division. The Automotive division designs, manufactures and sells vehicle body parts (exterior parts and modules) and plastic fuel systems.
