Compass Group : Q3 very strong and a highly encouraging tone on organic, despite greater inflationary pressure on margins
>Q3 2022 trading update significantly above estimates - Compass reported yesterday before market open a Q3 2022 (April to June) trading update above estimates for organic growth. The latter stood at 43.4% (consensus +31%, ODDO BHF +30% est.), underpinned notably by North America (+49.7%) and Europe (+41.9%) and to a lesser extent the rest of the world (+15.9%). Sales now stand at 109% of the 2019 level, suggesting a sequential improvement of +10 points (vs 99% in Q2 ...Compass Group is engaged in providing outsourced food and support services. The five sectors in which Co. operates are: Business & Industry, which provides food for employees during their working day; Healthcare & Seniors, which helps hospitals in the public and private sectors manage and enhance quality of food and support services; Education, which provides dining solutions from kindergarten to college; Sports & Leisure, which provides hospitality and service at sporting and leisure venues, exhibition centers, visitor attractions and events; and Defence, Offshore & Remote, which provides food and support services to companies in the oil and gas and mining and construction industries.
